The Hon. Louis Farrakhan, The Man Of God In Our Times
[Editor note: This was emailed to Mr. Richard Roeper regarding his attacks against Min. Farrakhan. I await his response if any.]

In The Name Of ALLAH, The Beneficent, The Merciful

  Mr. Roeper,

I read your critique of The Hon. Louis Farrakhan titled "Farrakhan's Faulty Logic Leads To New Anti-US Tirade". My name is Mustafaa Abdul Muhammad and I am a student and follower of The Hon. Louis Farrakhan. I am also the founder and author of a blog titled My Walk With Farrakhan[Http://mywalkwithfarrakhan.com] which states as one of it's purposes "to be a witness bearer to the CHARACTER, INTEGRITY, TRUTH, CORRECTNESS of position and DIVINE basis of the works of The Hon. Louis Farrakhan". It is for this purpose that I am writing this response to your public defamation of Minister Louis Farrakhan.

You start off on the wrong foot and misleading the reader by describing his latest speech[3-25-11] at Jackson State as a "new anti-US Tirade". Where you even there to hear the entirety of his speech? The Holy Qur'an, the scripture of Muslims, speaks of people who disputes without knowledge. Where is your proof that the Minister spoke anything "anti-US"? Is a black man critiquing a governmental system and a state[Mississippi] that has been wicked and detrimental to the aims and aspirations of his people what you consider anti-American?

Your irresponsible characterizations of Minister Farrakhan as "anti-US" could have lead to him and/or his followers being targeted as some type of seditious group and cause potential harm to those in his name by others who haven't ascertained the truth for themselves.

The Hon. Louis Farrakhan is a man who has performed service in the black community and the greater humanity for 56 years since his becoming a Muslim. He has been responsible for the transformation of thousands of lives. He has delivered a word that has gone into the jail and prisons awakening that inmate to greater responsibility and a new appreciation for human life. He has give self respect and honor to numerous black women(and any woman who will listen) who have heard his message of the sacredness of the female. He has been on the front line intervening in gang conflicts teaching young black men to "stop the killing". He has counseled rappers from using their platform to promote filth, degeneracy, gangsterism and degrading their women, but to use their gift to lead the youth to higher aspirations. He is the man who famously called over a million black men to Washington, DC for the theme of atonement, responsibility and reconciliation. Are these the works of a man who is "anti-US"?

His work has been to transform and redeem those whom the United States has historically destroyed, exploited and left for dead for over 400 years of our sojourn in this nation. He is doing a work that the US cannot do nor has she even shown the will to repair those that were destroyed by her actions.

Secondly, you point out his statement that the United States lacked the moral authority to attack the forces of Libya. He is absolutely correct. Either you are ignorant of the wicked history of the United States Government or you are deceitfully hiding your own dirty hand to attack The Hon. Louis Farrakhan.

You easily point out what you consider the wickedness of Muaammar Gadhafi by stating "it makes perfect sense to side with the guy who has engaged in state-sponsored terrorism, who has executed dissidents, who has been accused of ordering the bombing of Pan Am Flight 103 and being behind the bombing that killed two U.S. servicemen and a Turkish woman and injured 200 others."

The Holy Qur'an Sura(chapter) 45:28 declares "Every nation will be called to its record."

Jesus(Peace Be Upon Him) says, "Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you."

If we examine the history of America from inception to now we will find a history of slavery, suffering and death to the Native Americans, Blacks and even your own white brothers and sisters have been ill-affected under the government. The record of America isn't pretty.

You were involved in the slave trade which brought blacks to these shores to be your burden bearers. While being transported in the middle passage from Africa to America an estimated 100,000,000 lives were lost.

You in your ethno-centric mind disregarded the established culture of the Native Americans and murdered them in return for their friendship towards you.

You were involved in the Tuskegee Experiment from 1932-1972 which played with the lives of black men with Syphilis.

You were involved in in the 1952 overthrow of the Democratically elected leader of Iran Mohammed Mossadeq and replaced him with the Shah(Mohammed Reza Pahlavi). Madeline Albright, Bill Clinton's secretary of state, in her term admitted to American involvement in this act.

You were involved in the assassination of Patrice Lumumba, another democratically elected leader, and replaced him with a leader more accommodating to Western interest. And you have repeated this pattern of overthrowing governments and replacing them with leaders after your liking too many times to mention.

You were involved in the dropping of an Atomic Bomb on the people of Hiroshima and Nagasaki under the leadership of your president Harry S. Truman.

You have turned the other way while police, paid public servants, have killed black people and yet such killers get a paid vacation and a slap on the wrist.

You bombed and killed black people when they tried to get progressive in places like Tulsa, Oklahoma(Black Wall Street), Rosewood, Fl and the Move organization in Philadelphia under the leadership of John Africa, who was killed along with his family when a bomb was dropped on their home.

When we protested in the 60's we were beaten, killed, water hosed and endured vicious dogs who bit off the private parts of black men and bit off the breast of black women.

Aside from your murderous history you have neglected the poor and suffering of this nation. Our war veterans who believed in this country and fought in her wars many have been reduced to living under bridges and in cardboard boxes. Poor people suffer everyday, unemployment is rising, yet the US finds the money to prosecute wars but can't feed the poor.

I can go on and on and not exhaust speaking of the wicked history of this government against not just blacks but the entire world. So, my leader was right in stating America has no moral authority to move against another nation.

Thank you for reading these few words and I leave you with these words from the Bible[Habakkuk 2:6-12]

"Woe to him who piles up stolen goods and makes himself wealthy by extortion… You have plundered many nations… For you have shed man's blood; you have destroyed lands and cities and everyone in them. "Woe to him who builds his realm by unjust gain to set his nest on high, to escape the clutches of ruin! You have plotted the ruin of many peoples, shaming your own house and forfeiting your life. The stones of the wall will cry out, and the beams of the woodwork will echo it. "Woe to him who builds a city with bloodshed and establishes a town by crime!”
